They left me out in the rain and cold many times but in my interview process I was told I would have a truck to sit in if it was to cold, raining, or hot out, But that was very untrue. I was told to buy my own tools for the job and when the safety guy came out for a few days i was stripped of my tools and told that i wasn't allowed to have them after using them for over a month with no issues.
